Moreover, hundreds of startups develop every day, capable of seizing business opportunities and challenging the market, thanks to their agility in adapting to each new market circumstance. In complex systems, change is constant and unpredictable, and only those organizations that can adapt to it will survive.
If you are in desperate need of change and nothing you’ve done so far has worked, this is likely one of your final opportunities to get back on track. Although it may be too late, there is no other choice. If this is not the case for you and you are in a good situation right now, you should get started as soon as possible since you never know what changes the future may bring, so you should be prepared. It’s already being done by the competition.

Companies must expand in a competitive and uncertain climate that is extremely difficult to navigate. We can be more efficient, decrease costs, enhance quality, reach consumers faster, and increase ROI by getting the most out of our goods owing to operational agility. Economic indicators are crucial, but to be Agile, we must focus on metrics that evaluate the value we provide to our customers and link them with the economic value they provide for us.
Intrinsic and extrinsic motivators are the two sorts of motivators. Extrinsic motivators can be used in one of two ways: as a reward or as a punishment. If you do well, you will be rewarded; if you perform badly, you will be punished. In the short term, it works just fine, but in the long run, it ends up demotivating the team or becoming unsustainable over time.
The purpose or aim, on the other hand, is intrinsic motivation. New generations, including millennials and centennials, place a higher emphasis on working in organizations that benefit society or the planet. As a result, the goal is to create software that improves people’s productivity and changes the world.
It’s not the same as saying the customer went from “selling 10% more mortgages” to “getting 10% more families to move into new homes.”
4- MAKE A POSITIVE IMPACT ON SOCIETY
Today’s agile companies think more in terms of ‘people,’ either as potential customers or because the company has or can have an influence on them in some manner.
